Ever noticed how whatever is
going on in our life seems to show on our face & body? If we are stressed a

i.e. a low fat, high fiber diet filled with fruits, vegetables & whole
grains, plenty of water (it is must for getting a glowing skin), regular
physical exercise & enough sleep every night (obviously not just on weekends). More
